Roman Ceja, President/CEO/Founder
Roman relocated to the Elk Grove area in 1993 and began working as a painter for a local company. Enjoying the outcome of what fresh paint can do to a property, he decided to learn about the paint products and began working at the local Kelly Moore.
Gaining his experience in the painting industry he decided to learn his way around residential and commercial properties. He began working in general maintenance for property managements. With many years in supervising and maintaining properties around the Sacramento area, he became the “Golden Boy” in his team.
In 2001 he ventured out and began creating his own business. He obtained his Painting Contractors license and began painting multi-family homes in the Sacramento and Bay areas, his business quickly grew.
After 10 years in the painting business and working in multi-family and single family homes doing general maintenance, he decided to go further and obtain his General Contractors license in 2011.
Roman not only oversees each and every project, he also provides all in-home consultations and is excited to have the relationship he has with realtors, property managers, and owners. He enjoys the remodel process and meeting the wonderful people of Elk Grove and Sacramento.
Sara Ceja, Director of Business Operations
With over 10 years experience in working for residential, commercial, and advisory firms in Real Estate, Sara brings many hats to Ceja Construction Services, Inc. In 2003 she decided to assist Roman in growing their business full-time. She now applies all of her management and due diligence to operating the daily activities.
Sara oversees the daily office system, accounting, marketing, human resources, and maintains all business operations needed to continue the growth of their construction company. She likes to say she is the “behind the scenes” partner and gives the face of the company to Roman. She has now taken on the roll of creating project drawings and obtaining necessary permits for full and minor remodels.
